Manufactured from rugged U.V. stabilized materials, the buttons come with a flip-top protective cover that shields the controls from dust, water, and other environmental factors. The switches are suitable for 12- and 24-volt applications and are equipped with nickel-plated copper contacts, reducing damage from corrosion. Each unit comes with instructions and fitting screws to ensure easy installation. Solenoid/Contactor Muir reversing solenoids allow for dual directional operation of your Muir windlasses and capstans. Use with up/down switches, deck switches, remote panels, and auto anchor systems. Muir reversing solenoids are designed to withstand harsh marine environments and are rated for 3 million cycles, much longer than typical solenoids.
