I absolutely love this eye mask. I feel I sleep more deeply and peacefully. I am used to having an eye mask of some sort to sleep with for many years but I switched to silk ( anything to maybe help slow down the appearance of age) after I bought my silk pillowcase. I now will only use silk eye masks after purchasing this.
